hi, a few zoners were discussing this today, as someone's time had run out on their membership, if we pay a little extra, could there be an option to pay to have premium memberships forever? just an idea.

forever won't happen, but perhaps paying for more than one year at a time?

More than one year is already available, as you can extend your premium membership at any time, you don't have to wait for it to expire. So why not pay double and get 2 years?

The only benefit I can see as a possibility is if they offered a 3 year membership at say $50 so you commit that much money you get a year free.

Well i got mine back in December of 2005, and extended it recently, so now I'm premium until 2007. And I think it would be a good idea in the profiles of premiums, to say how long they are premium for.

va3ets. It tells you right on the home page when your premium membership expires. No need for the info to be duplicated in the profile section.

I like the idea of being able to buy longer membership packages at a reduced price though. This is one for Jay though not us lowly CL's! LOL.

Dan.

I think he was referring to saying this in a premium user's profile. I'm against premium for life because we have no idea how long we'll be around. I hope it's a long time, but it's a crazy world.

If you didn't see it elsewhere, they're $20 today only, Friday, November 24. Details on the news board.
